At what point of our lives do we give up on our dreams? At what point do we stop having drive and ambition? At what point do we stop achieving our goals and we just exist in this world? Is it when someone insecure tells us that we can't? Or is it when we let life get in the way? Or is it our unresolved childhood traumas affecting us? It can be any or all of the above but the point is DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR PURPOSE. There are people that live their entire lives just existing and they don't even truly know what their purpose is.
At some point in life we all have dreams and goals we would like to accomplish. Some people reach for the stars and achieve their goals, but many people on the other hand do not. There are almost 60,000 homeless people in the city of LA alone. Of those 60,000 people we can all agree on one thing, those people had dreams and goals they wanted to accomplish at some point of their lives. The last thing they expected out of life was to have a tent posted up along a sidewalk in such a rich city. Many will think they got themselves there, they are junkies, they have mental health issues etc. Yes the list can go on as to why they are in the position they are in but it's important to understand they too had and probably still have dreams they would like to accomplish but instead maybe they have given up on themselves. Addiction, trauma, life, whatever the wound is got the best of them but it's never too late.
This message is for whoever is feeling like they are losing a battle. You are a warrior and if you needed a sign to pursue whatever your heart desires this is it: GO FOR IT! You only live this life once might as well choose happiness and purpose every single time. If you fulfill your purpose your happiness will come right along. Purpose = happiness. Go for that purpose and your happiness will come. When you're happy everything else falls into place. Don't allow any more obstacles get in your way, just go for it!
